Two days ago a bought some blueberries for the kids, but they found it too sour and didn’t eat them. I felt sorry for the fruits, so I decided to make a fast cake.
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 10 spoons of flour, 10 spoons of sugar, 10 spoons of oil, 10 spoons of milk, a small spoon of bicarbonate of soda or baking powder.
For a bigger baking tin, this recipe is with 16 spoons of ingredients, but I wanted to use a small round one to make my son happy.
I separate the egg yolk from the egg white. I beat the egg white, till it becomes really hard. I mix the egg yolks together with the other ingredients and I add the beaten egg white really slowly to don’t break it. I cut the blueberries in half and mix them with a bit of semolina, so when I put them on the top of the cake mix, they won’t go in the bottom of the tin. I grease the tin with butter and spread a bit of flour in it. A pour the mix in the tin and in preheated oven 220 degrees
I baked it for 20-25 minutes.
