Kid pizza

Since my son, Lukas, is at school, the lunch box started to be a problem. For couple of weeks we paid him the school lunch. We found it healthy, and various. He liked it for a while, specially because of the dinner area, but then he decided that the food is too spicy for him, and he wanted to take the meal from home.
And of course I can’t pack him sandwiches everyday, it becomes boring, and he won’t eat. So I’m searching for lunch ideas very often, trying different thing.
In one of my notes I found an easy and healthy pizza recipe, probably I saw it somewhere, and wrote it down in a hurry. I asked him if he would like it, he was happy, offered to make it on his own:))) So, we made it, he liked it. Tomorrow’s lunch is ready!

Ingredients: 10g flour, 25 ml milk, 50g grated cheese, salt, one egg.

In a bowl I mixed everything adding almost 10g of cooked and sliced chicken breast. Of course it is not necessary. You can add whatever you want, in it or even on the top, or just leave it like it is. I greased an ovenproof pan, and poured the mix in it and baked.

It is really nice!!!
