Green pea pottage

I like to make different side dishes everyday. It can be pasta, any kind of potato, salads, or even a pottage. It is very important not to prepare the same one for at least a week.
This is how I prepared green pea pottage as side dish for the smoked gammon steak. This is very tasty and also can also be prepared really fast.

Ingredients: 1 small white onion, 300 g green pea, oil, paprika, salt, a small bunch of parsley, flour, sour cream.
I clean and chop the onion, and in a sauce pan I cook it. I add a pinch of salt, and paprika. I add the green peas and water as much as to cover the peas. It is ready in about 15 minutes.
I whisk 1 spoon of flour with 4 spoons of sour cream, and add it to the peas. I cook it 2 minutes more.
Before serving I add the chopped parsley.
It is really tasty, kids love it too.
