Tomato soup

The tomato soup is also a family favourite . I prepare it very simple, but it is very tasty.

Ingredients:  400g can of chopped tomatoes, or 4-5 pieces of fresh, but unskinned ones. If I prepare it from fresh tomatoes, then I cut them a bit, only the skin, then I put them in really hot water. In about 5 minutes, the skin is coming off easily. 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 celery stalk, or a smaller celeriac, 2-3 cloves of garlic. 1 l of tomato juice. If you don’t want to add more tomato juice, because you find the taste too strong, then add water. A small bunch of celery leaves or basil leaves. I prefer the celery, but I don’t really find it on the market. Salt. For serving croutons, and grated cheese.  paradicsom leves
I clean the vegetables and chop them. Then in a sauce pan I mix everything together, add the salt, even the leaves, and start to cook.  When the vegetables are cooked, I take them out, blend them and pour them back in the soup.
Ready!!
