Mayonnaise
I like the homemade mayonnaise. I don’t the one from the market, because of the preservatives and the taste. I have at home eggs, mustard and oil at all times, so let’s do it.
Ingredients: 1 egg yolk, a small spoon of classic mustard, oil.
First we mix the egg yolk with the mustard, then we start to add oil. Very slowly, and only small amounts. We stir it with a wooden spoon continuously. The amount of oil depends on how much mayonnaise we would like to make.
