I discovered some sun dried tomato and parmesan bread mix. Usually we keep bread mix in the kitchen, in case of, but mostly ciabatta. I had to try this too, so I just put it in the machine, and voila we had in no time a beautiful tasty homemade bread.
And if so, I remembered that I have in the fridge some duck fat, what I kept from Christmas, when I prepared roasted duck.
I sliced the bread, spread the fat, added a lot of red onion, salt, paprika, and salad. Yummy!!! Wonderful!!!
