Beetroot salad

I prepare the beetroot salad really often.  I mix 25 ml of water with a tablespoon of vinegar, a pinch of salt and one spoon of sugar. I add the cooked and grated beetroot, a spoon of horseradish sauce (If you have grated one, it’s even better) and a small spoon of cumin seeds.

Than I chill it.

It is really wonderful!!!
