Pickled carrots

I clean two medium size carrots, and with the potato peeler I cut them in thin slices. I clean and slice a smaller white onion too.

 In 25 ml water I whisk 1 spoon of sugar, a small spoon of salt, and 5 ml of vinegar. I add the carrots and onion. I like to prepare it fresh. Of course you make bigger amount too.
