Chicken drums in crunchy coat

When I saw on tv a chef making this dish, I wasn’t very convinced, but then I decided to try it. It was really really good. Since then I have been preparing it.
Ingredients: 6 smaller chicken drums, 300 ml curd, flour, paprika, salt, oil.
I wash the chicken drums, put them in a bowl and pour the curd on them. I leave it like this, if I can overnight, if not, at least for 3 hours.
In a pan I heat a lot of oil. In a plate I mix the flour with a small spoon of paprika and a small spoon of salt. I turn every drum in this mixture and place them into the hot oil. You need to cook it slowly, otherwise the flour will burn fast, and inside the meat will remain raw. In order to wipe off the excess oil, place them on paper towel.
The meat is really tasty, soft and the coat is really crunchy.
